Confirming the Account Is Yours
Verification protects the balance you've built and the payment accounts tied to it. When we ask for documents, we're confirming that the person typing the payout request is the same person who owns the wallet. Have a government-issued photo ID ready and a recent document showing your name and address, such as a utility bill or bank statement. Upload them from your
phone in good light, with all four corners visible. Once they're checked, your profile is set for future payouts and you won't be asked again for the same paperwork.
- Open the verification tab — Sign in and open the verification tab in your account settings. It lists what's still outstanding on your profile, one item at a time.
- Upload your photo ID — Add a clear photo of your driver's license, state ID or passport. Capture all four corners and keep glare off the surface.
- Confirm your address — Send a recent bill or bank statement showing your name and the address on your account. A phone photo is usually readable enough for our team.
- Wait for our check — Our team compares the documents with the details on your profile. You'll hear back through your account and by email if anything needs a second look.
